Role Overview

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
• Minimum caseload of 28 Weekly Sessions Capped at 32 Weekly Sessions

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Licensed as an: MFT, or Social Worker, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Preferred: EMDR Certified preferred
• Certifications: Brainspotting, or Trauma related etc
