Develop and implement control strategy plans for HVAC/R Wholesale accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC/R Wholesale channel
Work with many different roles within the customers organization, including executive leadership, engineering, product management, procurement, and sourcing
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide technical support and guidance to Wholesale customers
Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies
Understand Wholesale customer needs and requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
Forecast sales and manage opportunities
Develop and manage account plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MS/MBA preferred)
5+ years of direct outside sales experience, with a preference for experience in the HVAC/R industry
Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
