Operations & Maintenance Site Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Facility management of a newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant
• Manage hard services of MEP equipment within the facility
• Ensure seamless environment for uninterrupted manufacturing
• Oversee operational performance across both day and night shifts
• Manage supervisors and staff, including hiring and performance evaluations
• Provide technical and management guidance to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years or more experience in Facility Management discipline
• 5 years of HVAC, Facilities, Housing or a parallel industry
• 2 years of management leadership experience
• Prefer BOMA and/or IFMA designation (RPA/CFM)
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Knowledge of OSHA codes and regulations.
