Role Overview
- Take technical and functional responsibility for archiving projects.
- Develop and implement archiving concepts.
- Perform customizing for data archiving and SAP ILM.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, GoBD, HGB, AO).
- Implement SAP ArchiveLink and Information Lifecycle Management.
- Integrate DMS and ECM systems.
- Define custom archiving objects for GQS products.
- Optical archiving of documents (NAST & output management).
Requirements
- Several years of project experience in SAP data archiving and SAP ILM
- Confident handling of ArchiveLink and external archiving systems
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, GoBD, HGB, AO)
- Basic ABAP skills to analyze archiving processes
- Knowledge of storage and database management
