Responsibility for design, approval, execution and detailed planning.
Tendering and awarding of architectural and engineering services, as well as their coordination and management.
Preparation of planning services in accordance with HOAI (work phases 1–5) that meet budgetary, quality and schedule requirements in the areas of new construction, conversion, extensions, renovation and modernization.
Feasibility studies including qualitative cost and schedule estimates.
Safeguarding the interests of the client/clients' representatives.

Degree in Architecture.
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial or commercial construction.
Knowledge of building codes, technical standards and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit.
Good German and English language skills.
Strong team and communication skills, and a conscientious working style.
