Serve as the client's official and trusted point of contact, monitoring their pain points in real time and aligning expectations
Deeply understand clients' business objectives and translate them into well-defined technical scopes and value-driven deliveries
Evaluate the impact of client requests to prioritize the backlog with the technical team, providing quick responses and intelligent solutions during high‑urgency moments
Act as a facilitator between technical and business stakeholders (both internal and clients), ensuring clear and aligned communication
Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and alignment meetings for the accounts under your responsibility
Ensure deliveries operate with excellence, securely and in full compliance with BACEN and SUSEP regulations
Provide consultative support to clients, addressing strategic and conceptual questions about the operation of the Open ecosystem
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in delivery roles for digital products or services
Solid knowledge of business rules, flows, and operations of Open Finance and/or Open Insurance
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Assertive communication skills to negotiate deadlines, align scopes with clients, and translate technical terms into business context
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple account schedules and delivery timelines concurrently
