Finance Director

Role Overview

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting
• Ensure financial integrity for the legal entities
• Lead a team of 4 employees responsible for transactional finance
• Provide high-quality and timely periodic and year-end closing and reporting
• Support the North America President
• Monitor and control revenue, costs, cash flow, invoicing, tax compliance
• Manage budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process
• Oversee local financial and management accounting processes

Requirements

• Strong financial management experience (+10 years)
• Preferably in an international industrial company applying IFRS reporting practices
• Thrives in a global matrix organisation
• Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret regulations and contracts
• Preferably prior experience in M&A transactions
• Advanced Excel and data management skills
• ERP experience
• IFRS proficiency
• Excellent team leadership and performance management abilities
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills across all levels and locations of the business
