Role Overview
- You will shape the weekly office rhythm: post, groceries, supplies, cleanliness, vendor coordination, and everything in between
- Keep on top of maintenance and repair requests end-to-end: you follow up until things are resolved, not just logged
- Coordinate parking, building access, and day-to-day liaison with building management
- Prepare and ship welcome boxes, gifts, and care packages for new joiners and remote team members
- Support onboarding logistics so new bunnies feel set up and looked after from day one
- Host visiting team members and external guests, and make sure the office reflects well on bunny.net
- Handle invoices, receipts, and expense forwarding without needing to be chased
- Experiment with ideas that make the office worth showing up for: breakfast mornings, small rituals, creative traditions, or something nobody’s tried yet
Requirements
- You're based in Ljubljana or nearby, and happy to spend most of the week in the office (four days a week)
- Fluent in Slovenian and English
- A background in admin, hospitality, operations, or anything where you were clearly the person keeping things together
- A strong sense of ownership: if something’s stuck, you flag it early and follow through until it’s resolved
- Proactive by default: you bring ideas without a prompt and notice gaps before anyone else does
- Clear, professional communication with everyone from vendors to leadership
