Develop and manage donor relationships, partnerships, and sponsorships to drive ongoing engagement
Solicit and secure donations (food, toys, supplies, and other goods) from businesses, community partners, and individuals
Identify and cultivate new corporate and community partnerships to expand resource development
Plan and coordinate seasonal and community campaigns to ensure effective collection, organization, and distribution of donations
Represent the organization at community events and outreach initiatives
Manage and maintain accurate donor records, campaign data, and reporting using internal systems
Design and deliver donor stewardship and recognition initiatives, including events and site visits
Coordinate logistics and partnerships for the Christmas Campaign
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

Completion of a three-year post-secondary program in Community Relations, Fundraising Management, or a related field
Valid Class G driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and valid insurance
Minimum three (3) years of experience in fundraising, public relations, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Demonstrated excellence in customer service, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of ethics, confidentiality, accountability, and commitment to representing the organization with professionalism and respect
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities
