Reporting to the Head of NAPC, PACS, you will be assigned regional accounts within your given region (middle China and Metro vertical) and ensure all growth targets are achieved.
Help key partners to focus on selected verticals (Metro), prepare the project bidding with SI and the end-users, as well as develop new partners around the key cities, e.g. Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chong Qing and Chengdu.
Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share in an established market.
Manage and develop all assigned Accounts within your region to achieve set targets.
Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers (based in Shanghai).
The channel includes selling to distributors; Systems Integrators & Original Equipment manufacturers.
Introduce and promote the latest products and solutions with the marketing communications team.
Devise and implement account plans to accommodate strategic goals.
Support indirect channel in the region where applicable.
Deliver the required support & training to all accounts.
Support and deliver training to consultants and specifiers in regions as required.
Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customers’ needs.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings as required.
Collaborate across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
Maintain customer details, activities and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM Tool.
Analyze key account sales figures on a regular business to understand buying patterns utilizing company available tools.
Maintain up to date knowledge of specific market including HID and competitive products.
Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided.
Create a Partner Community in order to maximize brand loyalty and revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing channel business in a B2B environment
Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions desirable
Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work as a self-starter, but also work effectively as part of a team
Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
Experience in using Salesforce CRM (or similar platform)
Customer first approach with a clear can-do attitude
Excellent Planning, Prioritizing and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
