Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Support alignment of candidate profiles with hiring managers
Prepare standardized assessment reports and organize schedules
Collaborate in creating content and communications
Assist in organizing corporate events
Support updating HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement)
Maintain an updated and segmented talent pool/database
Ensure an excellent experience for candidates and leaders
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy, or related fields (from the 5th semester)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset and metrics-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and sense of priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable conducting interviews
Willingness to learn
Ability to propose new ideas and solutions
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Proactive—ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
