Role Overview
- Provide technical support for a large nationwide network.
- Monitor the alarm conditions on the network.
- Perform root cause analysis to determine action plans.
- Assist carriers to resolve WAN problems.
- Collaborate with onsite field technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- CCNA Certification or must obtain within 3 months of start date.
- Ability to obtain a FAA Public Trust Clearance or a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
