About this role

Act as the financial leader of a key manufacturing site producing packaging solutions for the healthcare industry
Partner closely with the Plant General Manager and leadership team to drive performance, profitability, investment decisions and sustainable growth
Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital and cash flow management
Partner with the Plant General Manager to analyze manufacturing performance, challenge assumptions and support operational decision-making
Evaluate capital investments, monitor project performance and drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting
Manage, coach and develop the local finance team while fostering collaboration across site, regional and corporate stakeholders

Solid experience in finance leadership roles
Proven experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling (budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, inventory management, CAPEX and P&L ownership)
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and performance drivers
Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English (B1/B2)
Previous people management experience, with a track record of leading, developing and motivating finance teams
Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
