Define and evolve end-to-end architecture for the return's lifecycle — return initiation, routing, triage, refund orchestration, restock, refurbishment, and secondary-market disposition.
Architect integrations across order management (OMS), warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), inventory, finance, and carrier ecosystems.
Partner with Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Customer Care leaders to drive improvements in return cycle time, recovery value, and cost-to-serve.
Requirements
5+ years of enterprise architecture experience in consumer-facing retail, with exposure to domains such as store systems, omnichannel, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
