Contribute to completion of major engineering programs and projects
Develop solutions to complex Windows/Linux engineering problems
Oversee highly complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
Prepare and maintain documentation for engineering projects
Maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing technology
Perform additional duties as assigned
Coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals

8+ years of related experience
Operations experience with Windows OS including administration, management, and troubleshooting
Experience utilizing security tools (Qualys) to monitor and remediate vulnerabilities
Experience with VMware virtual environment
Experience with CLOUD platforms Azure and OCI
Understanding of proactive monitoring concepts
Experience with patching and maintaining server builds
Ability to monitor and diagnose Windows server issues
Knowledge of infrastructure principles: Scalability, Capacity planning, Backup/Recovery
Troubleshooting skills for complex hardware/software issues
Linux experience and skills desired
