Develop compelling content for technology-enabled impact platforms
Write and edit website copy, platform UI text, product descriptions, and user-facing content
Draft thought leadership articles, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content aligned to IIX's strategic priorities
Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and investor-facing materials
Maintain and strengthen IIX's brand voice across platforms and audience segments

Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, International Development, or a related discipline
Minimum 4 years of copywriting or content strategy experience, preferably in technology, fintech, or development sector contexts
Proven portfolio demonstrating strong digital copywriting — platform UI, product content, and/or B2B content
Excellent command of English with the ability to write clearly, persuasively, and accessibly for varied audiences
Experience adapting complex technical or financial concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content
Proven ability to work as a self-starter, manage feedback across multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines
