Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Coordinate with program team & leadership to execute Class 1 change mgt & program performance metrics reporting both internal and external
Assist with management and processing of LHA Class 1 changes as separately tasked by the customer by Technical Instruction (TI)
Assist with managing change to include engineering scoping thru tech-lock; followed by estimating and pricing proposal development
Assist with assembly and submittal of CDRLs for technical agreement and price proposals
Assist with tracking and reporting of Class 1 change status
Additional support for waivers, deviations, and hold harmless
Review data collected and conduct multi-level/cross functional program performance analysis, trend analysis and variance analysis to identify areas of concern and inform Program Leadership as required during report development
Interface with all Functional Divisions as required to address areas of concern, performance issues and recovery plans
Attend program and other functional organization meetings to understand the key drivers affecting program performance
Review SDRLs and CDRLs to ensure content meets requirements
Support post-delivery activities to include open DD250 closure, pier side or off-site execution
Requirements
High School Diploma and 7 years of experience -or
Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience -or
Masters degree or above and 1 year of experience
Program and/or Project management
Planning/engineering experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft tools
Understanding of earned value
