Develop and maintain scalable web components with a focus on quality, performance, and accessibility.
Evolve and build frontend and backend architectures.
Act as a technical reference for the team and partners, supporting architectural decisions and best practices.
Ensure a high standard of accessibility (a11y), testing, and component documentation with support from area specialists.
Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into technical solutions.
Serve as a guardian of code review quality, development standards, and the team’s continuous improvement.
Support the adoption and use of the iDS by consuming teams — our customers.

Solid experience in frontend development and flexibility to work on backend solutions when needed.
Strong command of programming logic, software engineering principles, and adaptability across programming languages.
Knowledge of frontend/backend architecture and commonly used libraries.
Preferred:
Experience with componentization (Web Components, Lit, React, or similar frameworks)
Experience with Design Systems
Accessibility best practices (WCAG)
Experience with version control, CI/CD, and development workflows
Experience with testing (unit and/or integration)
