Role Overview
- Maintain and evolve the CI/CD platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability
- Manage corporate artifacts and their governance
- Operate and optimize runners on Linux, Windows, and macOS
- Support the adoption and evolution of continuous delivery platforms such as Harness or equivalents
- Automate operational routines, technical workflows, and processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution in critical environments
- Implement and evolve SRE practices such as SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, Error Budgets, and Postmortems
- Support the improvement of platform and service observability
- Engage in FinOps initiatives to optimize cost, capacity, and efficiency
- Work with cloud infrastructure, networking, security, connectivity, and scalability
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational standards, and reference guides
- Assist internal teams in using the platform and improving the engineering experience
- Apply Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day work to improve quality, productivity, automation, and efficiency
Requirements
- Platform Engineering, CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE
- CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalents
- Advanced Git: branching strategies, code review, protections, rebase, cherry-pick, and resolving complex conflicts
- Artifact management with JFrog Artifactory, Nexus, or equivalents
- Execution and operation of pipelines/runners on Linux, Windows, and macOS
- Advanced troubleshooting in distributed, critical, and high-volume environments
- Cloud experience, preferably AWS (equivalent experience in Azure or GCP accepted)
- Kubernetes / EKS or equivalent
- FinOps with critical analysis of cost, consumption, efficiency, and capacity
- Automation with AWS Lambda or equivalent serverless technologies
- Scripting and automation with Python, TypeScript, Node, Java, .NET, or equivalents
Nice-to-haves / Differentials:
- English for interaction with vendors and recurring technical meetings (primary differential)
- Spanish as an additional differential
- Hands-on experience with RDS, Redis, or equivalents
- Experience with Nginx, Tomcat, or equivalents
- Knowledge of Go, Java, or other languages
- Experience with deployment strategies such as Canary, Blue/Green, and Feature Flags
- Certifications in cloud, architecture, or platform
- Use of Artificial Intelligence applied to engineering
- Knowledge of LLM integration and orchestration, RAG, and MCP
