Organize and prioritize activities to meet procedural deadlines and address internal requests;
Monitor and handle high-volume and strategic court cases (civil and enforcement), with a focus on banking claims;
Draft a variety of court pleadings, including answers, appeals, motions, and submissions;
Monitor procedural deadlines and manage outstanding matters, ensuring risk mitigation and prevention of losses;
Represent the company at conciliation, evidentiary and trial hearings;
Draft and review legal documents;
Stay up to date on case law and applicable legislation, especially within the banking sector.

Law degree;
Active registration with the Order of Attorneys of Brazil (OAB);
Minimum of 2 years of legal practice, with proven experience in debt/credit recovery;
Proficiency with legal management tools, such as legal software and technology applied to the practice of law;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation composed of a share of fees and variable amounts linked to productivity, success and results, according to criteria agreed between the parties;
Possibility of participation in extraordinary results/bonuses, according to predefined criteria;
Payments made under an association contract model, in compliance with applicable legislation.
