Process and record financial transactions including invoices, payments, receipts.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts, budget reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Support the maintenance of accounts payable records, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made on time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Assist with audits by providing relevant documentation and responding to queries.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Support the preparation and submission of tax returns (e.g., VAT, payroll taxes) where required.
Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed.

Completed A levels (or equivalent)
Committed to professional development and willing to work towards a recognised finance qualification (e.g. AAT or ACCA)
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
