About this role

Lead end-to-end service transition delivery across strategic managed service programmes
Own the design, transition, implementation and handover of new and changed services into operations
Manage complex transitions across network transformation, security, service desk and infrastructure services
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and operational teams to deliver scalable service models
Ensure transitions are delivered within scope, commercial boundaries, and quality standards
Establish and maintain a robust Service Transition Framework, including governance, standards, templates and reporting
Identify and mitigate service design and transition risks
Drive a right-first-time delivery culture with strong operational readiness and structured handovers
Produce Operational Service Manuals (OSMs) and transition documentation

Proven experience in Service Transition and/or Service Delivery within MSP environments
Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Demonstrable experience managing complex technical service transitions
Ability to operate as a hands-on, delivery-focused “doer”
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Eligibility for security clearance (SC/DV or NPPV3)
