Lead the architecture and implementation of managed Kubernetes infrastructure powering all enterprise customer deployments
Own the systems that provision, organize, and manage cloud accounts and subscriptions across providers
Architect and maintain the access management platform that provides secure, auditable cluster access for operations teams
Design and implement the networking layer that routes traffic into customer environments
Own the infrastructure lifecycle systems that provision, configure, and migrate Kubernetes environments
Define and document architectural patterns, technical decision-making frameworks, and engineering standards
Mentor P3/P4 engineers, helping them develop cross-cloud expertise and architectural instincts
Drive cross-functional alignment on major technical decisions across Platform and Software Engineering
Requirements
7+ years of engineering experience with significant depth in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and distributed systems

Demonstrated ability to make high-confidence, high-impact architectural decisions independently and own the outcomes
Experience designing multi-tenant, multi-cloud infrastructure with strong security and compliance posture
Proven track record of defining engineering standards and patterns that other engineers build on
