Direct responsibility for clients and their properties (damage/claims management — receipt and commissioning of contractors; tenant management — logging and handling inquiries; re-letting; processing owners' requests)
Develop specialist knowledge in property management
Work cleanly within the company system and document processes accurately
Act with a customer-centric mindset
Requirements
Strong German communication skills (fluent written and spoken)
Solid PC skills and confident, routine use of the internet
Ideally experience in telephone customer service and/or the real estate industry
Career changers welcome — in that case a completed vocational qualification or university degree is required
High willingness to learn and strong commitment
