Direct responsibility for customers and their properties (claims management — receiving reports and commissioning contractors; tenant management — recording and handling inquiries; re-letting; processing owner requests)
Build expertise in property management
Work cleanly in the company system and maintain precise documentation of processes

Requirements
Strong communication skills in German (fluent written and spoken)
Proficient computer skills and comfortable using the internet
Ideally experience in telephone-based customer service and/or the real estate industry
Career changers welcome — in that case a completed vocational qualification or university degree
