Identify and acquire potential housing partners on the German market
Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property management companies on corporate housing concepts and build long-term partnerships
Provide telephone, written and virtual support to partners to ensure a professional and positive service experience
Explain complex tax and financial matters related to housing
Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in the area of housing procurement

Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as a broker/estate agent, in property management or in comparable roles
Ability to explain complex issues clearly and persuasively — including to varied target groups
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
Very good German skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
