Understand requirements and business context
Prepare test plans for Epics and corresponding User Stories
Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure functionality is implemented and tested correctly
Participate in release activities
Be open to participating in on-call rotations
Create and maintain documentation
Execute manual and automated tests
Perform performance testing according to KPIs such as Google Web Vitals
Migrate automated tests between frameworks when needed
Work with CI/CD tools and pipelines

2 years of experience in the QA field, performing both manual and automated testing
Experience with Web testing
Familiarity with Web testing tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Postman, etc.)
Knowledge of one or both: Selenium or Playwright
Understanding of OOP concepts and familiarity with one or two programming languages such as Java or JavaScript frameworks
Experience in API testing (e.g., REST)
Understanding of Agile methodologies and how they are applied in software development
Strong, clear, and confident communication skills
Keen attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Experience working with version control systems such as Git
