Build and maintain integrated healthcare datasets across the Nordic countries.
Manage end-to-end data workflows from ingestion and transformation through harmonisation, linkage, documentation, and version control.
Ensure datasets are high quality, reproducible, and fit for evidence generation through robust data cleaning and quality assurance processes.
Conduct analyses that help answer important questions about patient populations, pathways, treatment patterns, outcomes, and healthcare utilisation.
Contribute to methodological design including derivations, algorithms, code lists, and analysis dataset specifications.
Produce clear technical documentation, visualisations, and reporting outputs to support transparency and interpretation of results.
Explore AI-assisted approaches to strengthen data quality checks and anomaly detection where relevant.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with applicable privacy, governance, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

Degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, data science, health informatics, public health, computer science, or a related field.
Experience working with healthcare data, real-world data, or similar datasets in healthcare, life sciences, or public health.
Strong experience in data integration, data management, data cleaning, and transformation across multiple sources.
Analytical and statistical experience, including descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and survival analysis.
Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and/or SAS.
Knowledge of healthcare coding systems such as ICD, ICD-O-3, SNOMED, and ATC.
Understanding of healthcare data privacy, governance, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.
