Role Overview
- Responsible for leading the team of the Primary Care Nurses
- Supervision and evaluation of personnel
- Policy development and regulatory compliance
- Quality assurance and hiring/training personnel
- Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- 5 years clinical healthcare and leadership experience
- Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice
- ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of ambulatory clinic operations and clinical triage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
