Role Overview
- provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program direction to advance the development and optimization of clinical tools
- ensure delivery and sustainment of evidence-based, standardized solutions that improve patient outcomes
- lead cross-functional teams to enable patient-centered, data-driven care delivery across all settings
- translate strategy into practice and drive performance through data-informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Masters in Nursing or Healthcare related field
- RN / NP license/certification
- Strong Clinical Nursing background with Adult Med/Surg or ICU experience preferred
- 3 or more years experience in leading projects, initiatives or clinical operations at a progressive health system or hospital
- exceptional organizational skills
- advanced proficiency in data management and analysis
- strong written and visual communication skills
