This role will be responsible for developing architecture and design while informing requirements, verification, and validation
This position will apply architectural design principles to develop system architectures and lead the integration of engineering disciplines to implement designs that enable the successful launch of life-saving oncology systems
Define requirements, verify, and validate system interoperability
Lead the integration of engineering disciplines to deliver system solutions that successfully meet the needs of customers and development partners
Oversee the development of user needs and lower-level decompositions of requirements
Lead multi-disciplinary product development teams to implement interoperability requirements
Drive interoperability testing, troubleshooting, and certification efforts
Provide subject-matter expertise on DICOM standards, IHE profiles, and medical imaging interoperability to internal teams
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field
At least 12 years of engineering experience, with experience in interoperability of medical and imaging systems
Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Customer-facing experience in collecting tailored needs
Extensive hands-on experience with DICOM standards and IHE integration profiles, including implementation, validation, and troubleshooting of interoperability workflows
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Clear and concise writing and communication skills
