You will learn how to prepare and send inquiries and proposals during the course of the collaboration
You will learn about price negotiations and market rates; furthermore, you will receive initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (subject to agreement) and take part in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You will learn about contract structures in this industry and their common pitfalls, and begin to review contracts
You support artist managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as an interface between talents and our partners, schedule their assignments, and ensure their wellbeing
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats/shows; in the first year you will take on a supporting role and, depending on your development, will be gradually brought up to speed.
Requirements
At least internship, working-student experience and/or vocational training in influencer marketing or online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency)
Interest in and an eye for the latest digital and consumer trends
Proficient with all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written
