You will assist with coordinating our in-house talents and liaising on their schedules.
You will help identify new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries.
You will develop your negotiation skills by working on contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners).
You will support the Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and help bring them to life.
You will act as an interface between the talents and our partners, schedule talent engagements, and ensure their well-being.
You will identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners as well as future formats and shows.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency.
Interest in and a strong sense for the latest digital and consumer trends.
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
Ideally, experience executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
Strong creativity and motivation.
Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
