Lead strategic workstreams and support Bauer-wide programmes, delivering portfolio, product and growth initiatives across the UK and Europe.
Support the development and execution of projects spanning portfolio strategy, product development, commercial transformation, data strategy and organisational effectiveness.
Provide project leadership and governance, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, effectively managed and successfully delivered.
Create reports, presentations and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders, including the CEO and leadership teams.
Use data, market intelligence and commercial insight to identify opportunities, support decision-making and drive business performance.
Partner with local market teams to translate strategic opportunities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, helping solve complex challenges and identify opportunities for growth and transformation.
Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations for executive audiences.
Foster collaboration across teams, markets and business units, promoting alignment, accountability and best practice.

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of information and identify the most critical business insights.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.

Experience working across different teams, functions and cultures within an international environment.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
