About this role
Role Overview
Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and remote support tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop, server, network, and cloud environments.
Log, manage, and own support requests through to resolution or escalation.
Communicate with users in a clear, professional, and friendly manner at all times.
Assist with procurement queries, software licensing, and general IT advice.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and printers.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in an IT support role (MSP experience desirable but not essential).
Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
A logical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to be flexible and work to changing priorities.
