Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Triscuit
Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products in stores
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and displays
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Oakland, CA
Open Availability including weekends and holidays
