Customer Category Manager

Role Overview

• Drive profitable growth within assigned customers
• Develop and execute category and trade strategies
• Partner with distributors and cross-functional teams
• Manage end-to-end trade promotion process
• Analyze promotion effectiveness and key performance metrics
• Achieve new item authorization and distribution goals

Requirements

• 3+ years in account management, distributor management, or retail sales management for a CPG company
• Ability to establish effective relationships with customers
• Strong personal selling and negotiation skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to operate independently
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create action plans
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
