Fixing Healthcare with Code
You will own full features end-to-end, driving them from initial ambiguity and architectural design all the way to production.
You'll get hands-on with OpenAI, Langfuse, and Vertex AI to ship real-world features.
Collaborate closely with our VP of Engineering to shape our technical stack and establish engineering standards.

You’re an Owner and Builder: You have a proven track record of shipping production-grade applications from scratch. You can talk deeply about system design choices, trade-offs, and how you've successfully scaled features you owned.
You Thrive in Ambiguity: You don't wait for a perfect specification. You excel at taking loose product requirements, breaking them down into technical execution plans, and driving the implementation forward.
Technical Leadership: You are ready to begin influencing technical direction, running architectural spikes, and raising the engineering bar for the team through code reviews and mentoring.
AI-Native Mindset: You’ve either worked on AI products before or you deeply embed AI tools into your daily workflow to maximize your output. We want people who actively champion efficiency.
