You own the full product lifecycle and report directly to the CEO.
Act as the central bridge between Sales, Support, integration teams, and external partners on one side, and Product Development on the other.
Your mission is to elevate our SaaS business and drive its professionalization.
Collect requirements from Sales, Support, integration teams, and external partners in a structured way, challenge and prioritize them, and translate them into a clear roadmap.
Raise existing product processes to a higher level of maturity — requirements intake, prioritization, roadmapping, and release communication — making them scalable for further growth.
Lead and develop the existing Product Owners and teams — refine and sharpen structures rather than reinvent them.
Actively shape our agentic product data layer: from discovery of new agents through quality assurance to rollout.
Help professionalize SaaS operations beyond the product itself — billing/pricing, customer onboarding, and the operational processes of a mature SaaS company.
Work in a data-driven way: define metrics, validate hypotheses, and justify trade-offs transparently (including clearly saying “no”).
Roll up your sleeves and take hands-on action when something isn’t working, rather than simply delegating.
Requirements
Native-level German proficiency.
Several years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS/B2B, ideally in the scaling phase ("1 to 10") and with hands-on experience building AI products.
Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle (discovery through iteration).
Experience building and professionalizing scalable product processes.
Experience leading and developing product and engineering teams, ideally distributed and international (in our case: Germany & Vietnam).
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for AI agents, with an instinct for designing products around orchestrated, modular agent systems (interplay, human-in-the-loop, quality assurance, reliability).
AI tools are firmly embedded in your daily work — you actively shape how product work and software development are fundamentally changing.
Confident communicator who can operate on equal footing with the CEO and leadership team.
Nice to have: experience in the e‑commerce ecosystem — webshops (Shopify, Shopware) and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, otto), including their data requirements.
Knowledge of product data standards (PIM, BMEcat, ETIM, GS1).
Technical depth to engage with engineering on an equal footing.
Experience with ML/LLM products and handling non-determinism and quality assurance.
Experience with SaaS operations: billing/subscription systems, pricing models, and onboarding flows.
Experience building partner and integration ecosystems.
Experience coaching and mentoring Product Owners.
Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a scale-up environment.
