Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of a specialized team of experts
Responsible for achieving the division's strategic and operational objectives
Initiate, steer and implement cross-divisional projects and transformation initiatives
Further develop and optimize central governance and management systems, particularly in the areas of information security management, risk management, business continuity management, data protection, emergency and crisis management, vulnerability management and incident management
Ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement of quality and security standards
Identify, assess and manage relevant risks
Promote an open, collaborative corporate culture and active knowledge sharing

University degree with a technical, business or organizational focus, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in information security, governance, compliance or quality management
Experience leading teams or project organizations
Solid knowledge of established information security standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27001
Excellent understanding of security processes, governance structures and modern cybersecurity requirements
Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication and facilitation skills across all hierarchy levels
Fluent German and good English skills
