Convert leads into successful bookings through strategic sales efforts and compelling communications.
Engage in email outreach, phone calls, and research to uncover new business opportunities.
Promote Frost Valley programs by representing the organization at camp fairs and community events.
Monitor sales leads and conversion rates to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the marketing team to target new demographics and develop strategies for attracting new users.
Implement recruitment and communication strategies to re-engage past guests, nurture leads, and explore new business growth areas.
Maintain flexibility with work hours and be willing to travel as needed to support sales initiatives.
Ensure that all activities align with Frost Valley’s mission and values of respect, responsibility, caring, honesty, community, diversity, stewardship, and inclusion.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or minimum of two years working in sales, marketing or customer service industries
Experience or knowledge of the hospitality or camp industry is preferred
Proven success with group recruitment and revenue generation
Strong customer service background
Experience with or the ability to quickly master: Google Workspace, Camp Brain, and Salesforce
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Be a strong leader and be able to work well with a team of others
Be able to multitask and handle pressure well
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
