Director, Product Management – Development

Role Overview

• Launch Big Ideas: Identify opportunities, build business cases, and pitch new products that challenge the status quo.
• Own the Vision: Define product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans with clarity and ambition.
• Build What Matters: Collaborate across teams to deliver MVPs, iterate fast, and scale what works.
• Measure & Improve: Use data and customer feedback to refine products and drive business outcomes.
• Influence & Align: Navigate complex stakeholder environments to keep momentum and focus.
• Lead with Purpose: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and product excellence through coaching junior PMs and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management or similar area of responsibility.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience launching successful tech products
• Strong financial acumen; ability to build and pitch business cases
• Understanding of basic network and emerging tech concepts
• Deep customer & industry knowledge
• Creative problem solver, ability to develop solutions to hard problems
• Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups
