Customer Captain Partner with national account executives and customer marketing manager to deploy new customer availability programs and/or customer marketing initiatives
Ensure clear direction is communicated for internal and external resources
Serve as a subject matter expert for cross functional resources
Address customer opportunities in market Captain on identifying linkage opportunities
Take an active role and participate in franchise bottler commercialization calls
Align with CCNA franchise leadership teams
Build relationships with local area sales managers and key account directors
Ability to utilize analytical thinking to problem solve volume discrepancies
Lead and collaborate with the customer, linkage, volume reporting group to resolve linkage/volume challenges
Lead cross functional support teams in generating system tools for customer stewardship
Completion of quarterly stewardship reviews
Process Improvement Work with channel and sales leadership to identify best in class (execution/tools)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years in sales, operations, sales support and/or account coordination preferred
Basic understanding Bottler front-line operations and sales
Strong ability to multi-task
Presentation skills required
Excellent Excel skills
Proficient in PowerPoint
Knowledge of Power BI, Brim, C360, AI tools
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
