Provide technical support to local and regional municipalities in engineering and municipal infrastructure matters.
Prepare plans and specifications, sketches, cost estimates, and tender documents for construction works (roads, watermains, sewers, culverts, etc.).
Design municipal infrastructure (watermains, sewers, roadways, etc.) and perform all calculations and other tasks required for design.
Produce drawings, standard cross-sections, plans, and designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Prepare and update intervention plans.
Perform any other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements
Hold a college diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience related to civil and municipal engineering or in a similar role.
Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project.
Familiarity with regulations and standards relating to municipal infrastructure.
Experience in designing municipal infrastructure.
Flexible with work schedules.
