Develop and execute personalized content strategies across Adobe's digital platforms.
Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, specifically Adobe Target, Analytics, and Data Collection (Launch) to implement and optimize personalized experiences.
Work with the user experience and testing & optimization team to plan and implement new user experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer data management and marketing technology.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
7+ years of experience working as a software developer, data engineer, or related role, focusing on marketing technology, personalization, and optimization.
5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically, Data Collection (Launch), Analytics, and Target.
3+ years of experience developing applications using JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving successful outcomes in optimizing customer journeys.
Knowledge and experience with conversion rate optimization.
