- Deliver and automate all business performance activities
- Monitor competitor activity and identify responses to market changes

Requirements
- Expertise in supplier management, product proposition and process design
- Good knowledge of Agile capabilities and ways of working
- Knowledge of current accounts is beneficial
- Experience of driving and delivering innovative ideas
- Ability to envision the future of digital banking
- Experience of change management to deliver complex programmes
- Talented communicator who can inspire and engage
