Infrastructure Analyst – Mainframe Capacity

Role Overview

• Provide support to ensure the operational health of the platform
• Ensure the platform integrity is maintained in line with technical roadmaps
• Support the delivery of a robust production management service for relevant infrastructure platforms
• Contribute to customer outcomes, innovation and early learning
• Collaborate to mitigate risks and support regulatory reporting
• Simplify the platform infrastructure, architecture, services and customer solutions

Requirements

• Solid background working in an Agile or DevOps environment
• Technical knowledge, including platform, technology, products and domains
• Proven experience analysing performance data using mainframe tooling
• Understanding of mainframe configuration and how it impacts system performance
• Knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to drive up customer service within an IT environment
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
