About this role
Role Overview
- Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software;
- Managing support cases and recording information using the company's CRM;
- Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback;
- Collaborate with teams and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Dutch language (from B2 level);
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written);
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Strong communication skills;
- Problem-solving and logical thinking;
- Continuous learner;
- Analytical and multitasking abilities;
- Experience in technical support is a plus.
