Conduct and coordinate online & offline interviews in English and, where needed, Bahasa Indonesia
Manage job postings across ATS platforms and job boards
Coordinate quarterly KPI & OKR cycles across departments
Coordinate quarterly performance review processes and follow-ups
Support the improvement of performance-based and values-driven review systems
Build, maintain, review, and help enforce SOPs and internal processes
Coordinate quarterly team building and employee engagement activities
Administer and maintain company tools such as Google Workspace and other tools
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Talent, Recruitment, People Operations, or related fields
Experience coordinating recruitment and remote hiring processes is highly preferred
Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating professionally in English
Experience with KPI, OKRs, and Holacracy is a plus
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills
Interest in performance management and organizational development
Experience with SOP creation, maintenance, or process improvement is a plus
Comfortable working in a hybrid and fast-moving environment
Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
Collaborative, people-oriented, and proactive mindset.
