Role Overview
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
Assist with lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Develop graphics, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate content updates across websites and digital platforms.
Ensure consistency of messaging and visual branding across all channels.
Assist with website content updates and maintenance.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding website improvements.
Support SEO initiatives and content optimisation efforts.
Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
Coordinate marketing assets, databases, and digital resources.
Assist with event marketing, property promotions, and stakeholder communications.
Prepare marketing reports and track key performance metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices within the property and real estate industry.
Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and audience engagement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination role.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting real estate, property, construction, or professional services businesses.
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
